analyze business requirements, produce design specifications,
and develop solutions. The work will involve application
enhancements, new application modules, and production problem
resolution. The individual must possess good problem solving and

members, and manage multiple complex tasks. The ideal candidate
will possess significant experience developing with MS SQL
Server (2005 preferred); ASP.Net (3.5 preferred); VB.Net,

Position Summary:
The Senior
Developer/Analyst develops complex technical solutions to meet
the needs of the business. He/she works with the user and MIS
team to help understand, prioritize, and plan application
support efforts. He/she designs, develops, and implements new

Desirable Training and Experience:

Product Development Analyst
This position assists with designing and maintaining commercial
insurance products including rules, forms, underwriting
guidelines, internal training, filing submissions to state
insurance regulators; data management and analysis. This
position will also review policies for compliance with company
standards and state regulations. At least 5 years property
casualty insurance experience in commercial underwriting. Strong
insurance knowledge of P&C lines, specifically GL, Auto and
Property. Insurance designations desirable. Excellent oral,
written and interpersonal communication skills required.

Position Summary:
This position reports
to the Product Development Manager or their designee. The
analyst supports the Product Development Unit with policy
compliance administration, maintenance of the forms portfolio,
filing of forms and rates; data management and analysis and
development of new programs. Assist with reviews policies for
