How to Get Started

Please contact your Marketing Representative for program requirements and details on how to get started with HAI Group.

Before accessing our program, all agents will be required to complete and Agency Profile and Sub-Producer Agreement and provide the following information:

Copy of your Agency License
Copy of Individual Agent License(s)
Certificate of insurance for your Errors and Omissions Coverage ($1M minimum limit)
Completed W-9 form
