Provides coverage for both the cost of reconstruction of
damaged and destroyed documents and records and the amount
of receivables unable to be collected directly as a result
of an insured loss.

Physical damage pays for a loss to a covered auto and its
equipment. Collision insures against loss caused by the
covered auto's collision with another object, and Camp
covers loss for cause other than collision. Towing may be
added for an additional premium.

Cyber Liability
Provides coverage to protect PHAs against first- and third-party claims, media liability, and business interruption exposure, expense, and inconvenience.

Fidelity Blanket Employee Dishonesty
Provides coverage for money and securities and property
other than money and securities at each premise of the
insured. Form 0 provides "per loss" coverage (rather than
Form P - per employee). Faithful Performance protects
against failure to properly manage funds, and can be added
for an additional premium. Computer Fraud (Form F) Provides fidelity coverage for theft of covered properly using a computer.Additional coverage options are available for Forgery (Form B) and Money Order/Counterfeit Currency (Form R).

Boiler & Machinery
Provides for damage to boiler and machinery objects as well
as damage to buildings and contents caused by the failure of
such objects. Coverage includes boilers, pressure vessels, motors, pumps, air
conditioning and electrical equipment. State inspections will as required.

Builder's Risk
Covers buildings under construction, including
building/structure, its foundation and fixtures, machinery
and equipment to service the building, temporary structures
built on site and building materials and supplies owned by
the insured.

Employee Benefits Administration Liability
Provides claims-made coverage for losses arising out of negligence in the
administration of an employee benefit program. It defends the agency against
allegations that seek damages because of denial of benefits, administrative
error or improper advice.

Employment Practice Coverage
Provides coverage on a claims-made basis to Commissioners and
employees for errors or omissions made in the course of their duties with
respect to Employment Practices issues such as hiring, firing and failure to
promote.

Equipment Floater
All equipment valued at over $1,000 should be scheduled for more adequate
coverage and deductibles. These include items such as cameras, printers, fax
machines, copiers, fine art, XRF guns, cellular phones, pagers, tractors, lawn
equipment and other grounds-keeping equipment.

Flood
Provides coverage for flood losses. Lenders and HUD require flood insurance for property in special flood hazard areas.

Ordinance or Law
Provides extra expense to repair or replace a building to current zoning code or
ordinance, including AOA/504 Compliance.

Pesticide
Provides coverage for your staff engaged in the application of pesticides or
herbicides to control rodents and insects.

Public Officials Liability
Provides claims-made insurance to cover wrongful acts of boards of directors. Employment Practices

Section 8 Lead Liability
Provides professional liability coverage to PHA staff performing Lead-Paint
visual assessments in section 8 dwellings during the HQS inspection process.

Terrorism
Covers an act of terrorism that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, in concurrence with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General of the United States, in accordance with the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2007 (TRIPRA).

Theft Inside\Outside the Premises
Theft Inside covers money and securities on your premises against robbery or
burglary. Theft Outside covers money and securities in the custody of a messenger against
robbery or burglary.

Valuable Papers
When valuable papers and records are destroyed, provides coverage for the cost to restore such papers.
