Welcome to HAI Group's Customers Always Receive Excellent Service (C.A.R.E.S.) page. The HAI C.A.R.E.S. program was created as part of HAI Group's continuous efforts to improve customer service. The program has a number of facets, such as the C.A.R.E.S. Hotline and e-mail services. The C.A.R.E.S. Hotline provides a sounding board to members for a variety of issues including, but not limited to: comments, complaints, or commendations. You can call the hotline at 800-873-0242, ext. 234 and speak with or leave a message for senior staff. Members can also send e-mail to careshotline@housingcenter.com. Once a comment is submitted, you can expect the following:
Confidentiality will be honored if requested
Timely response to initial comment by a member of our senior staff
If necessary, investigation of issue
Resolution, if necessary
Timely response to results and actions with a resolution
Follow-up by CEO
