HTVN offers three types of program options:

  • Policyholder programs cover topics related to risk management and safety. These programs are free to HAI Group policyholders.

  • Subscriber programs are available for an annual fee and include all policyholder programs PLUS housing-specific topics such as Section 8/HCV and certifications.

  • Pay-Per-View programs let you customize your learning experience. Examples include: Section 8 Reviews, Energy Performance, and Public Housing Updates.
