HTVN offers three types of curriculum options:

Policyholder courses cover topics
related to risk management and safety. These courses are free to
HAI Group policyholders.

Subscriber courses are available
for an annual fee and include all policyholder courses PLUS
housing-specific topics such as Section 8/HCV and certifications.

Pay-Per-View courses let you
customize your learning experience. Examples include: Section 8
Reviews, Energy Performance, and Public Housing Updates.
