Now with a few simple clicks, you can review your policy information and request changes. With the newest service provided by www.housingcenter.com, you will be able to:

• View complete Policy information including endorsements and policy history
• View Sortable/Searchable Schedule of Locations - including AMP designations
• View HAI Group contact information, including email links to your underwriting and risk control representatives
• Request Certificates of Insurance and changes to your policy
• Update your contact information

Here's What You Will Find

• First you see a complete summary of your account. This page gives you unit information, PHA and HAI Group contact listings, and your policies with limits and deductibles.
• Hover your mouse pointer over the coverage type on the left to view the policy number. Follow these links to view detailed information on each coverage you have. Once here, select Endorsement History to see endorsements issued with your policy and mid-term endorsements.
• Select Consolidate Location Schedule to see a listing of your covered locations. You will be able to sort these by AMP designation, HUD Number or Address.
• Select a coverage under Policy History to view past policies (3 previous years available).
• Want to request a change to your policy? Select the Policy tab at the top of the page, this will bring you to request forms for Certificates of Insurance, Auto and Policy changes
