The City of Green Bay is accepting applications for the position of Housing Administrator. Position is responsible for directing the City of Green Bay and Brown County’s various housing programs and County community development programs, which includes planning administration, bonding and development of public housing; federal rental housing assistance, housing rehabilitation and development; property acquisition, relocation assistance, neighborhood development, loan programs and resident services. This position administers 3,234 Housing Choice vouchers and 254 public housing units. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or closely related field (Master’s preferred); public housing manager certification; five years related experience and experience supervising staff. Residency within the Green Bay corporate city limits will be required within one year of hire. Salary: $53,637-$66,955.
