Awards and Certifications
+ Most Improved
-
Each year, members are recognized for being most improved in
their claims history. This award is based on claim and cost per
claim reduction over a three-year period.
For
each category, members are evaluated for the most recent full
three calendar years (excluding the most recent full one). For
example, for the 2006 awards (awarded in September 2006), the
three calendar years under evaluation would be 2002, 2003, and
2004.
