Risk Control Work Plan
Risk management takes planning, coordination and knowledge.
Housing Authority Insurance Group has developed a planning tool to
address risks at your agency. A self assessment form enables you to
identify your risks. A work plan sheet outlines timelines and
responsibility. Use these materials to create a plan to meet agency
risks and reduce your potential for losses.
Work plan
booklets are sent to members authorities with more than 100 units nine
months before their policy renewals. The work plan is due
six months before the renewal date to give underwriters time to
review submissions and award any credits due.
The complete work plan guide is available
to members for download. The work plan forms can also be requested
on disk by calling 800-873-0242, ext. 259.
