Housing Authority Insurance Group, in collaboration with the Nonprofit Risk Management Center, worked to develop, design, and produce a manual for PHAs with senior residents, entitled "A Golden Opportunity: Managing the Risks of Service to Seniors." HAI Group worked diligently with the Nonprofit Risk Management Center to provide this manual to our members as a tool to assist them in providing for their growing senior population.

HAI Group and the NRMC conducted research and gathered senior symposium focus groups to help provide you with all the information you need to support the needs of your senior residents. The manual also offers a list of references for your convenience. If you have units with senior residents, this manual will prove to be a valuable tool for you and your PHA staff.
