Essential Risk Management (ERM)
 In 2007 Housing Authority Insurance Group held 13
sessions that reached 398 students. This is a full-day
interactive session with lunch and breaks provided and free of
charge to participants and host sites.We are currently
scheduling ERM trainings for 2008. If you would like to be

Auto Training
In 2007 Housing Authority Insurance Group held 12 sessions
that reached 325 students. This half-day session is a must for anyone who
drives housing
authority vehicles and it is offered to all HAI Group
auto members.
We are currently scheduling Auto sessions for 2008. If you

Safety Committee Training
"Making Safety Committees Work" is a 2 - 4 hour session
aimed at enhancing current committees or assisting in starting a
new one at an agency without a committee. Interested parties

Presentations and Meetings
Staff regularly provide presentation of risk management
topics. Maintenance groups, housing groups, and local safety
organizations can receive presentations or meeting assistance.
