Asset Manager

Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation, a non-profit developer/owner of affordable housing, is seeking to fill the position of Asset Manager. This position is responsible for a portfolio of properties in the metro area and is a member of the development team on new projects. We need an individual with strong financial analysis skills, the ability to evaluate property performance in both qualitative and quantitative terms, and good problem-solving skills. Experience with tax credits and Section 8 programs would be helpful. Requirements include strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills. TCHDC has developed over 1200 units of affordable rental housing in the metro area. TCHDC offers an excellent benefit package, which includes a 403(b) retirement plan.
