Welcome to HAI Group’s Customers Always Receive Excellent Service (C.A.R.E.S.) Hotline; a program which was created as part of our continuous efforts to improve our customer service. In order to provide the best opportunity for direct contact, we have created a dedicated phone number and e-mail address for Members to use to communicate their comments, complaints, and/or compliments.

The C.A.R.E.S. Hotline is available for Members to discuss matters that require urgency and a certain level of candor. The hotline can be accessed by dialing 800-873-0242, ext. 234; you may speak to an available member of Senior Management or you can leave a message. Members also have the option of sending an e-mail to .

Once a Member initiates contact via the C.A.R.E.S. Hotline or e-mail, the subsequent procedures will be followed:

  • Confidentiality will be honored, if requested
  • Timely response to initial e-mail or comment by a member of our Senior Management
  • If necessary, investigation of issue
  • If necessary, a timely resolution will be produced
  • Follow-up communications from  the CEO if requested
