Chief Communications Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary
Courtney is HAI Group’s chief communications officer and assistant corporate secretary. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing and communications division, nonprofit research, and online training. She also serves the board of directors and committee members, assisting with corporate governance matters. Prior to her current role, Courtney served as HAI Group’s chief of staff and assistant corporate secretary. She also founded and managed the company’s communications department, and created and led the company’s award-winning ReThink initiative, a campaign which garnered national attention about the importance of public housing. Before joining HAI Group in 2012, Courtney spent more than 10 years in the communications field, where she specialized in corporate branding, employee communications, public relations, event management, and social media, working with such renowned brands as Starbucks, Pulte Homes, L’Oréal Paris, NBCUniversal, Jiffy Lube International, and Yoplait Yogurt. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Quinnipiac University.
