PAHRC, the non-profit research division of HAI Group, strives to be the nexus for current data and research on public and affordable housing. PAHRC, which collects primary data from the industry and compiles data from a variety of secondary sources, publishes reports on affordable housing trends and frequently partners with industry groups to support their efforts to enhance the quality of life for low-income families. PAHRC was incorporated in Connecticut in March 2011.
