After careful deliberation, in order to prioritize the health and safety of our members and staff during the current COVID-19 outbreak, the MTW Collaborative and HAI Group have made the decision to cancel the 2020 MTW Conference.
While we are extremely disappointed to miss an opportunity to convene our members in Washington, we came to this decision based on guidance from the public health community to limit travel and person-to-person contact, as well as local restrictions on public gatherings, and we believe this is the appropriate decision at this time.
We are currently exploring options with our vendors for rescheduling either in fall 2020 or early 2021 and will be in touch with any further updates in that regard.
All registered attendees will receive a full refund of their conference registration fees from HAI Group. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow for 1-2 weeks. Additionally, you will be receiving a refund and cancellation notice from the Hyatt Regency for your hotel registration. If you have any questions about refunds or hotel bookings, you may direct them to MTWconference@housingcenter.com.
