2022 Committee Nomination Form

Overview

HAI Group is soliciting nominees to serve on it’s 2022 standing committees. Nomination forms received by Wednesday, June 30, 2022, will be considered by HAI Group’s Governance Committee.

All nominations must be approved by the executive director or CEO of the nominees’ member housing authority. Once this nomination is received, the executive director will be sent an approval form to complete via DocuSign to complete the approval process. Please ensure that you provide the approver’s contact information in this form.

Nominations will be reviewed by the Governance Committee by year-end 2021. Nominees will be contacted via email to accept their nominations.
