What we’re doing for members and customers
To help ease any financial and administrative burdens you may be encountering during this difficult time, we’ve made accommodations as of March 13, 2020 that extend until May 15, 2020. They include:
- Extending premium grace periods
- Waiving late-payment fees
- Postponing inspections
- Issuing a moratorium on cancellations for nonpayments for policies issued by HARRG, HAPI, HEIC, or HSIC.
Policies provided by our agency, Housing Insurance Services, Inc., for alternative coverages are not included in these accommodations, since the policies are placed with other insurance carriers.
