Welcome to the Risk Action Management Plan, or RAMP. This tool was created to recognize and reward our HARRG Member housing agencies for their risk management initiatives. Think of RAMP as an electronic filing cabinet in which you can store all the tools and documents you need to create and manage your unique approach to risk management. Why is a Risk Management Plan Important?
A solid Risk Management Plan provides many benefits. It helps to create safer living and working conditions for housing agencies. By identifying best practices, and following those practices, Members should see fewer accidents and the resulting negative press that can follow. Reducing accidents also has a direct impact on their employees. Accident investigation and the paperwork that follows will take time away from the business of running a public housing agency.
