HAI Group reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by HAI Group, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. HAI Group may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by HAI Group including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. By participating in a HAI Group event, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify HAI Group from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organization not affiliated with HAI Group may not use, copy, alter or modify HAI Group photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from HAI Group. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you are unable to attend The Summit, you may send a substitute or cancel your registration, as follows; registrations may be cancelled in writing by e-mailing events@housingcenter.com. Substitutions must be in writing and e-mailed to events@housingcenter.com prior to Friday, August 11, 2017. HAI Group reserves the right to cancel this conference at any time. If this conference is cancelled by HAI Group, all registered attendees will be notified. HAI Group reserves the right to change any policies or pricing at any time and in its sole discretion.
Registration for The Summit is free for all HAI Group Members, along with all meals provided during the event. All costs related to airfare, lodging, and travel will be at the expense of the guest and will not be reimbursed by HAI Group.
Board of Directors and Committee Members:
Registration for The Summit is free for all Board of Directors and Committee Members, along with all meals provided during the event. All costs related to airfare, lodging, and travel will be reimbursed in accordance with the HAI Group Board of Directors and Committee Member Travel Reimbursement Policy. Following the event, please submit your reimbursement form and all itemized receipts to governance@housingcenter.com.
